get motivated and organized
-
prioritize, plan, stay focused and follow through to completion
-
shift negative self-talk & regulate their emotions
-
and build a sense of self-trust that can support them far beyond the classroom.

Give your child the support they didn’t know how to ask for...

Your child is bright, creative, and full of heart;
yet they still feel like they’re constantly falling behind.
They shut down when something feels hard and overwhelming.
Or lash out after a day of masking.
Or say things like “I'm just dumb" and really mean it.
You’ve tried to help them get organized. You've talked about good time management, the importance of routines and the value of perseverance. But nothing sticks. Something is still missing.
Because it’s not about willpower.
It's about understanding their brain and what works for them.
Give them what they’ve needed all along:
A space to feel understood and safe enough to try a new way of doing things—using tools suitable for their neurodivergent brain wiring.

1
sowing seeds

With 4 foundation sessions, we plant the seeds of successful and practical goal-setting, customized for kids with learning differences.
2
nurturing

With your child feeling seen, heard and understood; something new begins to grow: curiosity.
And when a child feels curious, they become open to creative problem-solving and new choices, because they finally feel safe enough to try.
Through trial and insight, your child learns new skills and practical tools that work with their brain-wiring.
3
thriving

When your child feels ready to "go it alone," we'll celebrate and create a personal plan for continued success.
We'll set intentions for their path ahead and I'll launch them off with a custom toolbox of their most successful strategies so that they can continue to coach themselves to success for years to come.
about me

For over 30 years, I’ve worked as a teacher and reading specialist. Again and again, I’ve been delighted—and honestly, a little awed—by the unique spark, that often lay hidden, in my ADHD students and other struggling learners.
That spark led me to expand my work beyond the classroom. I became an ADHD coach to help neurodivergent kids and teens build practical strategies for learning, organization, and follow-through. Over time, I also became certified in NLP and EFT Tapping to support the emotional self-trust and regulation that so many bright, sensitive kids were missing.
Because what makes the biggest difference isn’t academic skills. It’s how kids feel about themselves.
This new coaching service feels like both a return to my roots and the natural next step in my journey.
It brings together everything I’ve learned through:
-
my years as an educator, fostering motivation and genuine connection to support how kids learn
-
my work as a coach, building practical organizational skills
-
and my training as an EFT Emotional Resilience Coach, offering kids the safety, curiosity and self-worth they need to suceed.
Most of all, it brings me back to what I’ve always loved: helping children and teens feel seen, understood, confident, calm, and capable. Not by pushing change, but by learning to support and embrace who they already are.
