ABC is a complete basic literacy program designed to help your child with ADHD and/or dyslexia tackle overwhelm and distraction while learning to read, write and spell in a fun and engaging way. Your child will learn the fundemental keys to literacy AND skills that’ll help them

Hi, I’m alana!

I am a remedial reading teacher certified with the British Dyslexia Association.  I combine over 20 years expereince in education, with my skills as a certified ADHD / LD coach, to empower your child to master the keys to literacy.

Together with my ABC program, we'll build self esteem and create a toolbox of success-skills that will serve your child for life!

Here’s how the ABC program works

The full program comprises 100 lessons that  include:

  • Weekly 1-to-1 sessions (in person or via Zoom).

  • Additional practice sheets for home or school.

  • A tried and tested curriculum and framework for your child's best success.

Our lessons start with a flashcard review of previously learned material, followed by learning something new.

With fun and engaging games, children don’t even notice that they are learning!

We close each lesson with pencil and paper, giving your child the opportunity to apply and internalize  what they have just learned.
